If you can’t find the QR code in your inbox, start by checking your spam folder. If you do not see the email containing the QR code, please check the registered email address in the Mediacom Mobile App or on the website. If it’s correct and you still can’t find the email, contact the Mediacom Mobile Customer Care Team at 855-699-6655 to request a resend of the QR code. Please note, the account holder will receive all emails for additional lines.
