What does “Not in Like-New Condition” mean?

A device is considered “Not in Like-New Condition” if it shows any of the following:

  • Signs of wear or use
  • More than 25 minutes of talk time
  • Functional issues or defects
  • Physical damage, such as scratches or dents
  • Missing original accessories or documentation
  • A scratched screen
  • Modified software

If the device isn’t in a state that you’d expect it to be if it were brand new, it’s considered “Not in Like-New Condition.”
