You are able to reactivate your line within 30 days of disconnection as long as you have active Mediacom services. If you ported out your phone number to another mobile carrier, you will have to complete the process to port it back to Mediacom Mobile. If you did not port out your phone number, you may reactivate your service within 30 days of disconnection.
For lines disconnected due to outstanding payments, you have the option to settle the payment within 30 days to reinstate your connection without losing your number. However, if the period of 30 days has lapsed, you can still settle the outstanding payment, but you will be assigned a new number with Mediacom Mobile.
