How do I enable or disable account lock?

Account lock is enabled by default on your Mediacom Mobile account for additional security. If needed, you can easily disable or re-enable it at any time by following the below steps:  

  • Log in to your account.   
  • Navigate to Settings.   
  • Go to the Account Lock section and click the toggle ON or OFF.
  • A time-based One-time Password will be sent to your registered email address. You need to enter and confirm this One-time Password to verify your identity and proceed.
