Yes, you will still be able to apply a device discount or promotion against the device while paying for the device in installments. When a device installment plan is applied to a device, any device discount or device promotion amount will be distributed across the installment period and deducted monthly from the installment amount. Note that if your installment period ends early, you will lose any remaining device discounts or promotions.
