How do I find my device’s IMEI number?

For most devices, the IMEI number can be located by following the steps below. 

From your device’s home screen on iPhones: 

  1. Select “Settings” 
  2. Select “General” 
  3. Select “About” 
  4. Scroll down to the IMEI, ESN or MEID number 

From your device’s home screen on Android phones: 

  • Open Phone app on your Android. 
  1. Dial “*#06#” on your keypad. 
  2. A box will automatically pop up that displays several numbers, including the IMEI. 
  • Or you can Open the Settings app on your Android. 
  1. Tap “About Phone.” 
  2. Scroll down and you’ll find the number listed under “IMEI.”
