A device is considered “Not in Like-New Condition” if it shows any of the following:
- Signs of wear or use
- More than 25 minutes of talk time
- Functional issues or defects
- Physical damage, such as scratches or dents
- Missing original accessories or documentation
- A scratched screen
- Modified software
If the device isn’t in a state that you’d expect it to be if it were brand new, it’s considered “Not in Like-New Condition.”
