I initiated port out from Mediacom Mobile but changed my mind now, what do I do?

You will want to confirm with the new mobile carrier if your number was successfully activated with them. If so, you will need to place a new order with us to transfer the number back to Mediacom Mobile. If your port out was not successful, you should contact the new mobile carrier and cancel your pending order.
