What happens if I change my mind and want to come back after deactivating my service?

You are able to reactivate your line within 30 days of disconnection as long as you have active Mediacom services. If you ported out your phone number to another mobile carrier you will have to complete the process to port it back to Mediacom Mobile. If you did not port out your phone number you may reactivate your service within 30 days of disconnection.
